Brooklyn sister working to help Ethiopian TB patients

Maryknoll Sister Rosemarie Milazzo of Brooklyn, New York, recently travelled to Addis Ababa to work with Harvard University’s Global Medical Committee to develop support groups for medication-resistant tuberculosis patients in Ethiopia. Sister Ro has been travelling once a year to Ethiopia, visiting with patients and documenting their progress, trying to encourage them and give them hope that wellness is a possibility. Read more
