The Beguines: Creative Religious Women in a Time of Ferment

Wisdom House Retreat and Conference Center, Litchfield, Connecticut, will host a program titled “The Beguines: Creative Religious Women in a Time of Ferment” on Saturday, June 22 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Come learn about the beguines, female members of the medieval lay movement, which broke new ground in experimenting with the elements of traditional religious life.
