Peace Dominicans Congregation opens General Chapter

The Dominican Sisters of Peace opened their second general chapter on April 6 in St. Louis. The meeting includes election of new leadership, and will conclude on April 12. The Dominican Sisters of Peace were established on Easter Sunday, April 12, 2009 in a merger of seven congregations of Dominican sisters. In December 2012, the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine de Ricci also merged with the Dominican Sisters of Peace.
