LeBlanc, OP serves as the permanent delegate to the United
Nations Human Rights Commission in Geneva. He is a member of St.
Dominic Province, Toronto, Canada. He is the Director of Dominicans
for Justice and Peace, the office of the Order of Preachers

Eileen Gannon, OP is a member of the Dominican
Leadership Conference staff and is
the NGO representative of the Dominican Order
at the United Nations in New York. Eileen is a Dominican Sisters of
Sparkill, NY and has been engaged in justice issues for many years.
She chairs the Iraq Working Group at the UN and is a member of RUN,
