Non-governmental Organization Representative at the United Nations

The DLC is an organization of Dominican women and men committed to building relationships and collaborating in the mission of preaching the Gospel. The NGO is a member of the Executive Staff which consists of the Executive Director, the NGO Representation and the Communications Coordinator.   

DLC seeks a Dominican religious who:

1. shares the Conference vision, mission, and goals
2. assists Conference officers and staff in carrying forward the vision and goals
3. represents the DLC in national and other public forums

DLC seeks a religious of vision who is:

1. grounded in the Spirit
2. rooted in the Gospel and committed to justice in church, society, and world
3. multi-culturally sensitive
4. ability to speak more than one language a plus

DLC seeks

1. a dynamic leader
2. an energetic initiator
3. an effective communicator (both written and spoken; competent in Word, Outlook and Quicken)
4. a committed collaborator
5. a creative planner
6. a skilled administrator
7. a resourceful networker
