(Hotel: $115 plus tax per room, per night for 1-4 persons,

Conference applications will be available in the Fall
“early bird” registration fee of $200 for any forms received by January 15, 2008
(includes all meals except Thursday & Friday nights).
Registrations received after January 15 will be $220.

Congregations and Associates will be sent registration forms.
